Efficient Shaft-End Flat Milling
This upgraded design integrates loading, positioning, clamping, milling and unloading into one coordinated process.
20–30 Second Cycle
The optimized automatic structure improves the typical processing cycle from approximately 40–50 seconds to 20–30 seconds.
Dual-End Processing
Two 4 kW spindle motors process both ends of the roller shaft for consistent, efficient production.
Reduced Labor
Automatic feeding and unloading allow one operator to supervise multiple machines under suitable production conditions.
From Loading to Finished Shaft
- Shafts are stacked on the loading rack.
- The feeding mechanism selects and transfers one shaft to the storage position.
- Positioning cylinders and the hydraulic clamping system secure the workpiece.
- Dual spindles start, the carriage rapidly approaches, then mills at the set feed speed.
- After milling, the carriage returns, the clamp releases and the finished shaft is discharged.
Flexible Roller Shaft Production
Designed for shaft diameters from 20 to 40 mm and processing lengths from 270 to 2200 mm. Feed speed is adjustable to match different workpiece and production requirements.
