Reliable Groove Machining for Roller Shafts
Developed for conveyor roller shaft production, the TKC-2040 can machine single or double retaining-ring grooves at both shaft ends in one coordinated cycle.
Dual-End Machining
Both shaft ends are processed simultaneously to reduce auxiliary time and increase production efficiency.
Automatic Handling
Automatic loading and unloading support continuous, repeatable batch processing with less manual handling.
Adjustable Hydraulic Feed
The hydraulic system provides rapid approach and return with continuously adjustable cutting feed.
Single or Double Retaining-Ring Grooves
The machine is suitable for roller shafts from 20 to 40 mm in diameter and 260 to 2300 mm in length. It can be configured to cut either one groove or two grooves on each shaft end.
Variable-frequency spindle speed allows the cutting conditions to be matched to different shaft specifications.
Automated and Stable Operation
A Delta PLC coordinates the operating sequence, while non-contact proximity switches provide reliable position control. The machine is designed for stable, high-automation production of roller shafts in batches.
