Simultaneous Pin-Hole Drilling at Both Shaft Ends
The Z14 is designed specifically for machining pin holes in conveyor roller shafts. Both ends are drilled in one automated cycle to reduce auxiliary time and improve batch-production efficiency.
Dual 1.5 kW Spindles
Independent spindle motors process both shaft ends simultaneously for fast and consistent drilling.
Pneumatic Clamping
The pneumatic system provides quick clamping and supports rapid tool approach and return.
PLC-Controlled Cycle
Programmable control and non-contact position switches support stable, repeatable automatic operation.
Designed for Roller Shaft Pin Holes
The machine handles shaft diameters from 20 to 40 mm, hole diameters from 6 to 14 mm and workpiece lengths from 200 to 650 mm.
Variable-frequency spindle speed enables adjustment for different shaft and hole specifications.
