ROLLER TUBE PREPARATION · QZ160
Automatic Cutting Pipes Machine
An automatic tube cutting machine for conveyor roller production, designed for smooth cutting surfaces, reduced burrs and consistent tube preparation.

KEY CAPABILITIES
Automatic Cutting for Roller Tubes
φ89–159 mm
Specified tube diameter range.
3–8 mm
Specified tube wall thickness range.
20–1200 mm
Single-cycle feeding length.
MACHINE FEATURES
Designed for Efficient, Repeatable Tube Preparation
- PLC human-machine interface for straightforward operation
- Servo motor and ball-screw feeding system for accurate positioning
- Rotating-tool cutting method: the tube remains stationary during cutting
- Smooth cutting surface with reduced burr formation
- Compatible with high-speed steel or carbide cutting tools
- Cutting tools can be replaced conveniently after wear
How It Works
The workpiece remains stationary while the cutting tool rotates. This cutting method is intended to produce a smooth cut surface with fewer burrs while reducing manual workload.
For a φ89 × 2.5 mm tube, the stated reference cutting time is approximately 30 seconds. Actual output may vary with material and operating conditions.
